Love can feel confusing.
It doesn’t have to.

Understand what’s happening beneath the way you love.

A new way of understanding modern love

Why can someone feel deeply for you, but struggle to show up consistently?

Why can you know a relationship isn’t right for you and still struggle to let go?

Why can a connection feel extraordinary at first, only to change later?

The Modern Love Method™ helps you understand the patterns beneath attraction, attachment, emotional capacity and connection so you can make sense of what’s happening, recognize patterns more clearly, and make more intentional choices in love.

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I’m Rachel Oliver, MSW, RSW, a psychotherapist and relationship therapist with over a decade of clinical experience.

I created The Modern Love Method™ and its frameworks from years of working with relationships and from my own desire to better understand why love can feel so deeply real and still become so confusing.

My work explores the space between what we feel, what we understand, and what we actually have the capacity to sustain in relationships.
